Medical Kit
When you walk a trail alone or with a friend or two, walking trails is a great way to exercise and have fun while doing it! Before a walker starts on a trek, do not forget to prepare for anything. A light backpack is usually suggested to carry a small medical kit in If you know someone is injured. Sit in a hidden place and see if something happens to eat or play. Enjoy the scenery, imagine what it would be to live in this place with beauty all around. Climb up and look down on earth. Bring a camera, grab the moment and still take home. It is always recommended to go with at least one experienced hiker, the unexpected may occur and that person knows best to solve any problems that may occur. Then that on the trail, remember to always keep nature beautiful.
